1Basic After-sales Time Limit


All lingerie, shapewear, sleepwear and intimate accessories purchased on the official buyergood website adopt a unified after-sales valid period of 30 calendar days, calculated from the date when the logistics system marks the parcel as signed and received by the customer. If your order is divided into multiple parcels for separate delivery, the 30-day period starts from the signing date of the last parcel. Any return, exchange or damage compensation application submitted beyond the 30-day time limit will be rejected unconditionally for any reason.

2 Qualification Standards for Return and Exchange


Products applying for return or exchange must meet all the following conditions at the same time; otherwise the warehouse has the right to reject the returned parcel and refuse to process refund or exchange:

  1. The intimate apparel must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, unironed, free of sweat stains, makeup stains, fabric pilling, scratches and peculiar body odor, without any artificial cutting, modification or dyeing traces.
  2. Original product hang tags, anti-theft labels, original packaging bags, matching replacement shoulder straps and spare accessories must be complete and intact, and cannot be removed, lost or damaged. Missing tags will directly invalidate return and exchange qualifications.
  3. The goods must be repacked with the original factory packaging and complete buffer protective materials to avoid secondary damage during return transportation.
  4. Due to public hygiene safety regulations, all close-fitting intimate products including bras, panties, thongs, seamless underwear and one-piece shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged after opening the original packaging without confirmed factory quality defects. Custom printed lingerie and customized size shapewear do not support unreasonable return and exchange services.

3 Complete Return Process and Refund Processing Time


Specific Return Process


  1. Within the 30-day after-sales period after receiving the parcel, log in to your member account on the official website, enter the after-sales application page, select the corresponding order to submit a return request, fill in the return reason and the list of returned goods, and upload real photos of the products for review. You can also send an email to customer service to manually submit your return demand.
  2. Customer service will review your return application within 1–3 working days. After approval, an email containing the exclusive return warehouse address, printable return shipping label and standardized repacking instructions will be sent to your registered mailbox.
  3. You need to independently contact a logistics carrier to pack and send back the goods, send the tracking number of the returned parcel to customer service for filing, and keep the physical shipping receipt as delivery voucher.
  4. After our overseas warehouse receives the returned parcel, the professional inspection team will manually check the integrity and wearing status of the lingerie. The refund process will only be started after confirming that all return standards are met.

Refund Processing Cycle


After the warehouse inspects and confirms that the returned goods meet the requirements, a full refund will be initiated within 3–7 working days, and the funds will be returned to the original credit card used for payment. Credit card banks have independent liquidation delays; the actual arrival time of the funds depends on the processing efficiency of the card issuing bank, generally 7–15 working days after the refund is initiated. All original credit card transaction handling fees are non-refundable. If the returned lingerie has wearing traces, missing hang tags or washing marks, the warehouse will retain photos as evidence and send the parcel back to you without any refund.

4 Complete Exchange Description (Exchange Service Available)


  1. Exchange Applicable Scope: We only support exchanging the same lingerie style for different sizes or official standard colors of the same model. Cross-style, cross-series and cross-category exchanges are not supported. The replacement product you want to exchange must have available stock at the time of application; if the target product is out of stock, you can convert the exchange application to a full return and place a new order separately.
  2. Exchange Application Process: Within the 30-day after-sales period, submit an exchange request through the after-sales channel of your account or customer service email, and indicate the original order number and the size/color you want to change. Our customer service will confirm the inventory and send you the return address and delivery guidance.
  3. Send the original intact lingerie back to the warehouse for inspection. After the warehouse confirms that the returned goods are undamaged and unused, the replaced new goods will be packed and shipped immediately, and the new logistics tracking number will be sent to your reserved email. All freight for returning original goods and reissuing replacement goods shall be divided and borne in accordance with the freight liability rules of this policy.
  4. Only one free exchange application is allowed for a single order. All round-trip freight for the second and subsequent exchange applications under the same order shall be fully borne by the customer.

5 Handling Rules for Receiving Damaged or Defective Lingerie


If you receive a parcel with broken outer packaging, factory production defects such as broken lace, loose stitching, fabric holes, wrong delivered styles, missing matching accessories or damaged goods caused by logistics transportation, please follow the standardized processing steps below:

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours after signing for the parcel, and shoot complete photos and videos as vouchers, including the overall picture of the outer package, close-up shots of all damaged and defective parts, and the complete display of all lingerie inside the parcel for official filing. If you submit the voucher more than 48 hours after receiving the goods, we will regard the goods as intact and refuse to accept damage compensation claims.
  2. Two optional solutions for you to choose freely:

    Option 1: Free exchange service. You send back all defective lingerie without paying any freight. All round-trip logistics costs shall be fully covered by buyergood. After receiving and inspecting the defective goods, the warehouse will immediately send you a brand new intact replacement.

    Option 2: Full refund service. Give up the exchange plan, send back all defective goods to get a full refund returned to your original credit card, and all return freight shall be borne by the brand. If you choose to keep the defective goods, we can negotiate partial proportional compensation, but full refund support will not be provided.
  3. If the damage is caused by improper personal wearing, washing or storage, it does not belong to factory or transportation damage, and cannot enjoy the above free after-sales policy; all round-trip freight for return and exchange shall be borne by you alone.

6 Clear Division of Return Freight Bearer


  1. Return or exchange initiated due to personal reasons (dislike the style, wrong size selected by yourself, inconsistent color expectation, inappropriate wearing effect or temporary change of purchase idea): All round-trip logistics freight shall be fully borne by the customer, and the brand will not provide any freight subsidy or reimbursement service.
  2. After-sales situation caused by brand responsibility (factory production defects, incomplete sewing, wrong delivery, missing accessories, damaged parcels in transit, defective lingerie received): All freight generated by returning defective goods and reissuing new products shall be fully borne by buyergood. After the claim is approved, customer service will send you exclusive zero-cost return delivery guidance.
  3. For unreasonable return and exchange of close-fitting intimate apparel and customized products without factory quality defects, all freight shall be paid by the customer, and the warehouse reserves the right to refuse receiving such returned parcels.
