1 Agreement Acceptance
By browsing the buyergood official website, registering a member account, submitting lingerie orders and completing credit card payments, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all clauses of these Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy, and shall be legally bound by all relevant rules. If you disagree with any content of these policies, please stop all website access and shopping behaviors immediately and refrain from placing any orders. All website visitors, registered members and paying buyers shall comply with these terms.
2 Account Registration & Usage Rules
- Customers may voluntarily register personal member accounts. During registration, you must submit real, valid email addresses, contact phone numbers, shipping addresses and billing addresses. You are prohibited from registering accounts using other people’s identity information, contact methods or addresses. If false information leads to failed delivery, blocked after-sales communication or abnormal account access, all corresponding losses shall be borne by you alone.
- You are fully responsible for protecting your account login passwords and payment verification information, and shall not share these confidential details with any third party. buyergood will not compensate for property losses, order disputes and after-sales conflicts caused by account leakage, unauthorized login or account lending. If you notice abnormal login records, contact customer service right away to freeze your account and reset your password.
- Any account engaged in malicious bulk ordering, hoarding for resale, frequent unreasonable returns, false defect complaints or repeated harassment of customer service staff will face immediate order limitation or permanent account ban. All existing orders under such accounts may be cancelled without any compensation.
3 Order and Payment Regulations
- Our website only supports international credit card payment, including mainstream channels Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Cash on delivery, offline self-pickup, cash transfer and offline third-party payment are not available. All shopping transactions must be completed online through credit card deduction.
- After you submit an order and successfully complete credit card payment, the order takes formal effect. The system will automatically send an order confirmation email to your reserved mailbox, including order number, full lingerie item list, price breakdown and estimated warehouse packing period. Please check all information carefully; if you fill in the wrong size, color or shipping address, contact customer service to modify before warehouse dispatch.
- All displayed commodity prices are single product prices, excluding cross-border import duties, consumption taxes and local destination country VAT. All taxes generated by the parcel shall be fully undertaken by the recipient, and tax payment shall follow the customs regulations of your receiving country.
- Stock of limited edition lingerie, seasonal new styles and clearance items is updated in real time and sold on a first-paid-first-served basis. If the ordered goods run out of stock after payment, our customer service team will take the initiative to contact you via email. You can choose to exchange for other sizes/colors of the same lingerie, switch to other products of equal value, or apply for a full refund returned to your original credit card in accordance with the return policy process.
- Splitting orders maliciously, mass canceling orders after payment and exploiting system loopholes for improper benefits are forbidden. The brand reserves the right to cancel violating orders without refunding credit card transaction fees.
4 Product Description and Color Difference Disclaimer
All lingerie pictures, size charts, fabric introduction and wearing effect diagrams on the website are for reference only. Minor color differences caused by shooting light, screen display deviation and different fabric batches are normal objective phenomena and will not be regarded as product quality defects. Manual cutting and sewing may bring 1–2 cm slight size error, which belongs to the normal range of intimate apparel production. You must read the detailed size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you apply for return or exchange due to personal wrong size selection, dissatisfaction with color or inappropriate style, the freight liability shall be implemented in accordance with the return policy.
5 Intellectual Property Provisions
All texts, lingerie shooting images, original cut patterns, brand logos and matching design content on the website are exclusive intellectual property of buyergood. Without written official authorization from the brand, any third party shall not copy, reprint, commercially use or copy our lingerie styles for resale. Customers can only view the content for personal private reference, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities for any infringement behavior.
6 Policy Revision Clause
buyergood reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be displayed prominently on the website homepage. All new orders placed after the update announcement shall adopt the latest policy clauses. Orders paid but undelivered, parcels in transit and ongoing after-sales applications shall still follow the policy version effective on the day you place the order.
7 Liability Exclusion
- The brand shall not bear any compensation responsibility for delivery delays caused by destination customs inspection detention, logistics carrier transit delay, local extreme weather, regional traffic suspension and international trunk line scheduling adjustment.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered, returned or lost due to your wrong shipping address, unanswered delivery calls or long-term failure to sign for the package, all losses shall be borne by yourself.
- Skin redness, itching, fabric deformation, fading and damage caused by personal physical allergies, improper washing, ironing or long-term wear do not belong to factory quality defects, and cannot enjoy free return, exchange or compensation services.
- After the 30-day after-sales validity period expires, we have the full right to reject all applications for return, exchange and damage compensation regardless of the reason.
8 Dispute Settlement
All disputes arising from online shopping shall first be resolved through friendly communication and negotiation with customer service. If the two parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the order receiving country.
