1 Delivery Coverage Area


Our logistics distribution covers most overseas countries and regions around the world. Only a small number of areas restricted by international logistics and cross-border transportation cannot deliver goods. The system will automatically remind you when you fill in an undeliverable address, and you cannot submit orders for restricted areas. Different regions correspond to independent logistics trunk channels and sorting warehouses for separate packing and shipment.

2 Carrier Cooperation and Order Tracking


We cooperate with multiple professional cross-border logistics carriers to complete all parcel trunk transportation and terminal delivery work. After the warehouse finishes packing and dispatching your lingerie parcel, the system will automatically generate an exclusive tracking number, which will be sent to your reserved email and the order details page of your member account at the same time. You can log in to your buyergood account, enter the order details page, input the tracking code and jump to the official query page of the logistics carrier to check the whole logistics node information including sorting, cross-border transportation, customs clearance and terminal delivery. A delay of several hours in logistics status update is a normal situation.

3 General Transportation Cycle


After you complete the credit card payment and the warehouse finishes quality inspection and packing, the lingerie goods will enter the international trunk transportation link. The overall transportation time will fluctuate due to trunk line backlog, international transfer station efficiency, destination customs clearance speed and local terminal delivery scheduling. We cannot promise a fixed delivery date and only provide a general reference time range. During large-scale shopping promotion seasons and international logistics peak periods, the overall transportation cycle will be correspondingly extended, so customers are suggested to reserve sufficient waiting time.

4 Customs and Duty Rules


All cross-border parcels need to abide by the customs declaration and inspection laws of the destination country, and our brand will truthfully fill in the commodity declaration information on your behalf. All import duties, consumption taxes, local VAT and customs handling fees incurred by the parcel shall be fully borne by the recipient, and the logistics carrier will collect the relevant fees when delivering the goods. The tax standard is formulated by the local customs in real time, and buyergood cannot reduce or waive any tax amount.

If the parcel is detained, returned or destroyed by the customs due to inconsistent declaration information or local import control regulations, all return freight, commodity loss and tax loss shall be borne by you, and the brand will not provide re-delivery or financial compensation.

5 Parcel Signing Precautions


  1. When the parcel arrives at the terminal delivery link, the logistics carrier will contact you through your reserved mobile phone and email to make an appointment for delivery. Please keep your communication tools unblocked. If you fail to sign for multiple times after contact, the parcel will be stored at the local logistics station; if it is not picked up after the storage period, it will be sent back to our overseas warehouse.
  2. You can check the integrity of the outer package before signing for the parcel. If the package has obvious extrusion damage, cracks or liquid leakage, you have the right to refuse to sign and contact buyergood customer service to record the situation immediately. Our team will assist you in handling parcel return and goods reissue.
  3. Our brand does not provide offline self-pickup service. All lingerie products can only be delivered to your designated address through logistics, without other collection channels.

6 Order Delivery and Cancellation Rules


After successful payment, the warehouse will complete order picking, quality inspection and packing within several working days. During the promotion period with a surge in orders, the packing and delivery speed will be slightly delayed. Before the goods are packed and delivered out of the warehouse, you can contact customer service to apply for full order cancellation, and the payment will be refunded to your original credit card. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse and enters cross-border transportation, the order cannot be intercepted or cancelled midway; you can only submit a return application after receiving the goods in accordance with the Return Policy.
